In 1977 Carnsgill Ltd. was founded as a media agency to represent some of the world’s most prestigious Art Dealers & Antique Fairs. Now trading as A.R.T Media 40 years later, the agency has expanded its activities in to interior, exterior design and lifestyle sectors. As the years have progressed, so too have our client’s needs and A.R.T Media has evolved into a full service boutique agency providing media planning, buying, digital marketing, PR and creative services. Our expertise extends across print, outdoor, broadcast and digital media and we are committed to providing ASTUTE, RESPONSIVE and THOUGHTFUL media solutions across each platform.

Neil began selling advertising space for high-end home interest magazines including Homes & Gardens and Living Ect before moving to the agency side. Over the years Neil gained a wealth of experience in planning and buying successful media campaigns for some of the UK’s leading home interest brands. With a deep sector knowledge and media contacts at all levels, Neil is committed to ensuring that clients’ media objectives are successfully achieved.

For over 30 years Steve has been involved in all aspects of the advertising industry. In 2000 he set up MWI Global to create a fully integrated strategic media agency. He has worked on domestic, pan-European and global campaigns across a wide number of sectors including FMCG, technology, automotive, retail and alcoholic beverages. Steve has now joined forces with Neil at A.R.T Media and will combine his digital media knowledge with Neil’s interiors expertise.
